Our fees are meant to be fair and reasonable; we strive to keep them that way. You assist that effort when you pay for treatment at the end of each appointment. If your treatment program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to discuss definite financial arrangements with a member of our office staff. To make payment convenient for you, we accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Insurance

We cooperate fully with our patients who are covered by dental insurance plans. We expect that insured patients will read their policy carefully to become familiar with its benefits and limitations. At the end of each visit, you will be provided with a fee slip containing all the incurred charges, codes, etc. required by your insurance company. The slip should be attached to your private insurance form and mailed directly by you to your insurance company. This method expedites claims.

Although you have dental coverage through your insurance company, you are ultimately responsible for the full cost of your treatment. If any questions arise regarding insurance, please feel free to discuss with this the office staff.
